Priced against the hire, not the software.
One audit to find the leak. Then one fixed monthly fee per role, with one number attached. No tiers, no seats.
The audit
Fixed fee, agreed up front
About two weeks. Workflow map, the leak in money, a ranked roadmap you keep either way.
How the audit worksEach role
One fixed monthly fee
One role, one number it answers for, reported weekly. Add the next role when the first is hitting its number.

What’s inside the fee
- The people, the AI and the tooling the role needs to run.
- A weekly report on the one number the role owns.
- Escalations handled by a person, with the context attached.
What we don’t sell
- Seats, credits or usage meters.
- Tiers to compare.
- Volume promises. Nobody needs more messages, they need more meetings.
- Software you have to learn and manage.
Questions
Is this software?
No. You don’t log into a tool and configure it. We run the function and report the number, the way a hire would. AI does the first pass; our people approve, edit and take the escalations.
Who’s actually doing the work?
AI does the first pass. A person on our team approves what goes out, edits what needs it and takes every escalation. Ask us and we’ll tell you which parts are which.
Will this replace my team?
It’s aimed at the hire you haven’t made yet, not the people you already have. Most clients start with the role they were about to recruit for.
Why one price per role and no tiers?
Because you’re comparing it with a salary, and a salary is one number. Each role has one fee and one metric, so it’s easy to tell whether it’s paying off.
Which tools do you work in?
The ones you already use: your CRM, helpdesk and website. If there’s no system of record yet, the audit will say so before anything else.
Can we start with just one function?
Yes, and we recommend it. Install the role with the biggest leak, let it hit its number, then work down the roadmap.
Find out what the next hire would cost you, before you make it.
Tell us which function you were about to hire for. We’ll show you where the hours go and what it would cost to have it run.
